FAA Medical Exams

I am an Aviation Medical Examiner and a National Guard Flight Surgeon. I received undergraduate, graduate and medical training from Dartmouth College, University of Michigan, Harvard University and University of Texas Southwestern. I am board certified in Urology and completed fellowship training in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. 

I have been flying for 25 years and hold commercial single and multi engine land and single engine sea ratings as well as a glider rating.

Bring any glasses or contact lenses

Bring pertinent medical records and/or SODA # if applicable 

At your visit, you can expect to have a urine sample collected, vision screening, and a routine physical exam
